Team/division description:

Within the Olympic Paralympic division (OPD) responsible to deliver the Paris 2024 Games and leverage our partnership, the Engagement team aims to bring to life our shift from a car company to a mobility company. Paris 2024 will be a unique opportunity to show the world our vision of future mobility (electrification, hydrogen society...). Through activations on the journey to, as well as during the Games, we want to increase our brand reputation externally and generate pride internally.

Your responsibilities:

Support the Hospitality & Engagement team in the development of Hospitality programmes for the Toyota guests (internal & external stakeholders) Pre-Games and During Games OLY and PARA.

More concretely, you will support the team on:

⦁ Preparation of Guests 1-day accesses/policy/Registration creation for different Toyota venues and Guest management for defined day access.

⦁ Coordination of Physical assets /logistic from Japan, USA etc to Paris

⦁ Assist the Hospitality/ Engagement team with additional activities (guest management on site, communication, F&B etc.)

⦁ Pre games planning and On-site operations during the Games ad-hoc

Your profile:

⦁ You have good knowledge/experience on events: Logistics for the assets / Operations/Transport etc

⦁ Structured, Process driven

⦁ You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language). French is mandatory

⦁ You are willing to travel and flexible (regular trips to Paris, approx. twice a month for 3 days)

⦁ You have a strong sense of collaboration.

⦁ You apply a critical mind and have a Challenging, Creative, Positive mindset

⦁ You adapt your communication style and content to various stakeholders

    Informatie over de sector, reglementeringen, technische informatie en mediaverslaggeving opvolgen
  • Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Nieuwsbrief, e-nieuwsbrief (mailings)
  • Communicatiedragers ontwikkelen: Beeldmateriaal (tekeningen, logo's, grafisch charter, ...)
  • Communicatiedragers ontwikkelen: Multimedia (cd-rom, webpagina, ...)
  • Publicrelationsacties, informatieverspreiding en promotieacties opzetten
  • Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Tijdschriften, persdossiers, persoverzicht
  • Interne diensten adviseren en technisch ondersteunen bij hun communicatieacties
  • Meewerken aan presentaties, lezingen, geleide bezoeken voor klanten, partners, …
  • Leveranciers of dienstverleners selecteren
    Onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden
    De geleverde diensten of producten controleren
  • Het communicatiebeleid van de organisatie bepalen
    Het budget en de uitgaven van de communicatieacties vastleggen
  • De communicatie voorbereiden (inhoud verzamelen, evalueren, selecteren, opstellen, ...)
  • Gegevens van de activiteiten actualiseren (stuurbordgegevens, statistieken, …) en rapporten van communicatieacties opmaken
  • Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Catalogi, brochures, affiches
  • Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Jaarlijkse balans, jaarverslag
  • Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Toespraken
  • Sociale media-toepassingen inzetten in professionele processen
  • Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Persberichten
  • Communicatiedragers ontwikkelen: Sociale mediaprofielen
  • De inhoud van een website beheren
  • Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Intern publicatieblad, interne nota's
